You will either get through to the duty vet, or nurse, or hear a message with details or the mobile number together with our paging service number in case we cannot answer the phone at the time. We might be operating, or in a field with a cow, examining a horse for example. We will return your call and can arrange to visit you or meet you at the surgery depending on your pet’s needs

Facilities
Equipment is regularly updated and improved making it
possible to perform most procedures within the practice.
- A fully equipped
operating theatre with modern safer anaesthetic equipment and surgical
instrumentation
- Advanced dental
equipment for descaling, restoration and polishing.
- Our own laboratory
enables us to provide rapid results in blood and urine tests, as well as
examinations under the microscope.
- Xray facilities and
ultrasound scanner for accurate diagnosis and examination of bones and the
body.
- Safe and comfortable
hospital ward for all sizes of patients. It is always our aim to return your pet
to you at the earliest opportunity; in the meanwhile in-patient visits can be
made, by arrangement.
- Fully computerised
records, and air conditioned rooms.
